- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms, including deposits and milestone payments, will be specified in your proposal or invoice.
- Work may be paused or suspended if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, content and feedback in a timely manner as reasonably required for us to deliver the services. Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you will transfer to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks and know-how used in delivering the services, and grant you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Revisions and Changes in Scope
Requests that fall outside the agreed scope of work may be subject to additional fees and revised timelines. Any changes to scope will be discussed and agreed with you before additional work commences.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Digital Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
Third-Party Services
Our deliverables may incorporate or rely on third-party services, platforms or software (such as hosting, plugins or payment gateways). We are not responsible for the availability, performance or terms of those third-party services.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement by written notice as set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of termination.
